I liked that he had the procedure himself and you could see the results firsthand. His staff is very accommodating and he has a very clean higher-end, but discreet office. After the first few months I was discouraged with the results, but the doctor and staff told me to stick with it and sure enough I saw great results from six months on and I continue to see improvement a little over a year after the procedure.

They have that unique ability to be professional , technically, knowledgeable, and very personable. On top of that the entire office is very efficient and has a warm and inviting feel. The medical professionalism is top notch. We drive an hour each way and are always glad we did.

From the first consultation meeting, the entire staff and Dr. Berkowitz was willing and extremely helpful. They were very considerate of my situation and offered their professional opinion. I had my own ideas of desired hairline and preferences, but through their guidance and suggestion, I have a fuller head of hair and a great hairline based on my age and considering the future as well.
